I rarely (virtually never) give a rating of ten out of ten, but this is one case where an exception proves the rule. Tonry Insurance has consistently demonstrated the type of commitment to service that has become all-too-rare in today's business climate. They have maintained the time-honored practice of doing what they say they will do, when they say they will do it. Everyone I have ever interacted with, whether live or electronically, has conducted themselves with courtesy and professionalism.
Prime Steel has been in business for almost 50 years. A significant number of those years we have been a client of Tonry's. I believe that everyone at Tonry has Prime's best interest in mind at all times. Even if it means telling us we don't need to carry certain limits that it is just a waste of money. Over the years the knowledge from Tonry Insurance Group has saved Prime Steel a lot of money and certainly puts Prime's key Personnel at ease in many circumstances. Audit questions/ prep / incidents/ claims etc. The attention we get from Tonry Ins Grp even when it is last minute is very much appreciated.
